The office is located at a central part of town – You just have to cross the
town, past all the kafeneions, shops, supermarket and fishmongers, to arrive at
a staggered junction. At this point you take the middle route where there are
shops on the left and the Greek Co- Op Bank on the right. We are exactly next
door to it, and ahead of us you will see the Post Office.
Our distinctive logo featuring in our web site header and property info sheets
is clearly recognizable in our office sign above the door. So if you come
looking for us and you feel that you need to ask directions to our office, you
have the above photo to guide you. Our telephone no’s are also displayed on the
sign. Please use them to contact us, if you need to.
If per chance you are guided to anyone else, at any other office in Polichnitos
and the spoken English is not the Queen’s English beware: You are at the
mercy of a gialantzi mesiti (pretend Estate Agent)! since we are the ONLY
Registered Estate Agents in the Polichnitos Region.

Our office is open: Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday, Friday from & 9.30 a.m. – 1.30 p.m. but please
ring and tell us you are coming because since we no longer employ any office
staff ( and it is unlikely that we will ) if we pop out on chores during those
hours, the office is closed. In the afternoons of the above days ( 6 p.m. - 8.
30 p.m.) and on Saturdays we are available by appointment .We are closed
on Sundays and Bank Holidays –however we are flexible enough to accommodate
viewing trips if visits to the island run over long weekends etc. Also the
office phone diverts to our mobile number if we are not at the office to answer
it but please remember not to call us from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. ( greek time)
as we do keep the time honoured tradition of siesta.
