In Lesvos we have old stone village houses for sale which require substantial renovation / restoration. Many retain their original featuressuch as sovelikia and they are begging to be restored to their former glory. We specialise in this and have stonemasons, architects and other experts who can perform this task for you, turning an old ruined property into a house with a unique character.

The process is very simple. You sit down with our architect who will explain what can be done to the property and your various options. Once you decide on what you want us to do, you can relax as we take care of the rest. Once the restoration work has started we send you regular updates and pictures. The whole process can take from a few months up to one year, depending on the scale of the project. In some cases restoration grants may be applied for.

So don't be put off by what looks like a pile of stones in the beginning, or an uninspiring shell of a house, as one day it will become an amazing restored stone home. You do need to have some imagination to start with, but there are lots of local examples from which to draw inspiration. A restored stone villa will provide you with a striking home with magnificent original features and a unique Aegean character.

We do not get many ready restored properties for sale, as once a property is restored nobody is willing to sell them on!
