are ready to buy a property, selecting some properties with our help is the
first step. Going through the details with us (via
e mail) will give you an idea of what you can get with your
budget. Also we always have properties that they never get to be published at
the web site. The next step is to arrange a viewing trip to Lesvos where you can
see the properties for sale at first hand. |

We can
assist with booking your flights
and
accommodation. We offer
discounted rates at our own
Family Hotel Madonna
at Vatera, Lesvos. Many prospective buyers try to combine their summer holidays
with property viewing, leaving it until the last minute to contact us. This
usually is not a good way to go about it, because it does not allow time for
preparation or it assumes that we have a free viewing diary.
Once we
know the details of your arrival we can arrange an appointment to meet you and
show you around the various properties and plots of land for sale. All
properties in our portfolio must be viewed with one of our staff escorting you.
We do hold the keys for some of the properties, in others we have to notify the
owners or key holders. We will also be able to answer any questions which you
may have in situ.
Viewing
appointments within a 25 km radius are free of charge. Roughly speaking this
covers the Agiasos and Polichnitos areas. For long distance viewing appointments
across the island ( Lesvos is a big island – in fact it is the 3rd
in size of all Greek islands ) we do charge a nominal fee based on distance
and time out of the office ), which is deductible from the Estate Agency’s fee,
once you buy a property from our portfolio..
