Weather in Lesvos
The island of Lesvos has a typical Mediterranean climate. The
summer is long and hot while the winter is short and mild
with rains
from October to April. When the winds come, they are
strong north
and north-westerlies. Although rain is very rare during
the summer, in the winter it is very common to have rain and sunshine in
the same day.
If you want to explore Lesvos the best time to visit is in the spring
and autumn when the sun is usually reliable, and it is pleasantly
warm rather than very hot.
